What are some of your hobbies?

Growing up, I've always been interested in arts. I like to draw and to paint. Whenever I feel like I need a break from all the stress, drawing or even just looking at art pieces always help.

What is the most exciting part of the business?

The most exciting part of this business, for me, is being able to find solutions so that everyone meets harmoniously in the middle. Also, it is exciting to meet all these people and find out a little something about them which eventually forms into a trustworthy relationship and then helping these people to find a place they can call their home.

What would be the most challenging part of the business?

Effective communication is the most challenging part of the business as it is also the most important. Being a Communications major, I find it extremely challenging because I want to make sure that I deliver the message clearly and accurately in every transaction and as well to my associates.

I guess my all-time favorite quote would have to be "Don't chase success. Chase excellence and success will follow." I got that from a movie called "The Three Idiots" which is a movie set in India about the life of an innovator who saw the world differently from other people. A lot of us work for a nice car or a nice house even if we hate what we do and we feel miserable and frustrated, ignoring the fact that we can do something we love and enjoy everything that life has to offer. Simply, when we love what we do, we make sure that we are excellent at what we do. And that is when success follows.
