Ed Nabong is the founding President of Nabong Property Specialists. He started the business 14 years ago when he became a licensed real estate broker. His extensive experience with clients through the years has allowed him to know what his clients want and translate these needs into the best real estate investment decisions.
As the man behind NPS Realty, he leads the team to success by motivating and guiding them with hands-on experience and goal-setting. His responsibilities include generating lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources, coordinates property closings, and oversees the signing of documents and disbursements for NPS Realty.
Ed has represented major local and international corporations, expatriates, diplomats and embassies of Malaysia, Thailand, Iran and France among others.

What are some of your hobbies?
My hobbies include reading, going out with friends, travelling, swimming, and dancing
What is the most exciting part of the business?
I started out with this business as a favour to friend who is looking for a property in BF Homes Paranaque. The thought that I was able to handle her need with such ease and the idea that I can make something out of it gave me the courage to put up NPS Realty. That same drive still exists within me every time I handle my accounts. I still get excited and it gives a sense of fulfilment.
What would be the most challenging part of the business?
Negotiating whether it be for my owners or tenants, they are both my clients, so I need to be impartial in dealing with them.
